The addition of Medan to Etihad’s network marks its continued global expansion in 2025. This route is part of a broader growth strategy, with the airline already announcing 14 new destinations this year. The launch of the Medan route is expected to support growing demand for travel between the two countries, driven by trade, tourism, and cultural exchanges. With the introduction of this service, Etihad further consolidates its role in connecting Abu Dhabi to strategic global destinations.

The airline continues to leverage its expanding fleet and network to enhance its offerings, catering to a diverse passenger base.
